The Australian Government has a Tuition Protection framework in place known as the Tuition Protection Service (TPS).
This service provides consumer protection for students in the event of education provider closure or inability to deliver a course. The TPS ensures that in these circumstances either a suitable alternative course is provided to the student or a refund given.Information about the TPS is available on the Australian Government (Australian Education International) web site.
